Team GIS Analysis Problem

As a team I want you to define and solve a GIS Analysis Problem.  I am recommending you use the following two sites to find data, but I do not want to restrict your creativity. It may also be a good opportunity to search for and use data that potentially could become a part of your team's project.

Utah Automated Geographic Reference Center

You must involve at least four different layers to solve a problem of interest in your Civil and Environmental Engineering specialty area.  As with the site selection problem in the previous assignment I want you to develop a model for part, if not all of it (some data preparation steps do not necessarily have to be included in the model).

Turn in the following:

1. Description of your problem

2. List of required data layers

3. Outline of your analysis solution

4. A professional looking map (enhanced with a legend, scale, north arrow, etc. from a layout and not just your arcmap graphics window) clearly conveying the resulting solution

5. A screen shot and description of the "Model" you developed
