  1. Complete the exercises associated with this Module

  2. Add a 1/2 to 1 page description of what you learned and your ideas for application to your class web page assignments.  A colleague or boss is the intended audience of the report (use pictures as necessary).

  3. Complete the module exam and show evidence that you have passed on your web page.

  4. Download a portion of a DEM from the USGS Seamless site (access through http://emrl.byu.edu/gsda, or directly at http://seamless.usgs.gov/)

  5. What is the coordinate system of the data you have downloaded?

  6. Perform at least three grid (surface) calculations and add a description of what you learned to your web page.

Extra Credit:  Download one other data product from the seamless USGS site, load into to ArcCatalog and/or ArcMap and describe it.

Email the TA when you are finished and include a link to your assignment.
