Team GIS Analysis Problem

As a team I want you to define and solve a GIS Analysis Problem.  I am recommending you use the following two sites to find data, but I do not want to restrict your creativity:

Utah Automated Geographic Reference Center

You must involve at least four different layers to solve a problem of interest in your Civil and Environmental Engineering specialty area.  As with the site selection problem in the previous assignment I want you to solve the problem once, and then develop a model for it.

Turn in the following:

1. Description of your problem

2. List of required data layers

3. Outline of your analysis solution

4. A map (enhanced with a legend, scale, north arrow, etc. from a layout and not just your arcmap graphics window) clearly conveying the resulting solution

5. A screen shot and description of the "Model" you develop
